What About COVID-19?

Building capacity is capped at 25% of its total occupancy. This helps guests and staff to maintain social distancing. This whole process is made possible by their timed ticketing system.

All visitors over the age of two must wear face masks at all times. Temperature is checked at the door. And any guest at 100.4 degrees or higher cannot enter the building.

If you’re a guest, visitor, or member of the staff, how can you help support COVID protocols? By reserving your time slot before you visit and following all appropriate COVID protocols, such as wearing a face mask.

Visitor Reviews

“Celebrating 2021 Valentine’s Day. The aquarium very well managed the crowd and social distancing. The staff is very courteous and keeps a great check on mask following. Kids enjoyed the different exhibits and loved their day at the aquarium. A great learning too with too much virtual these days.”

– Tanvini Gogri

“Haven’t been in YEARS. I went Friday to take advantage of their Friday after 5 cheap tickets for $19.95 and had a great time! They have social distancing protocols in place so you feel safe!”
