Ecotek Power Wash is owned and operated by Joshua and Janine Taylor, and is a licensed, fully insured family run and owned business based out of Southern, Maryland. With close to 15 years experience in exterior cleaning, we possess the knowledge and skills required to get the job done. This expertise and knowledge base also allows us to clean using less harmful cleaning agents at lower dilution ratios. Here at Ecotek Power Wash roof cleaning is our specialty.

Josh is an active member in the power washing community and belongs to several national organizations including UAMCC (United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners), and the PWRA (Pressure Washing Resource Association). He frequently attends educational courses, conventions, and seminars in order to keep up with the latest technology and industry cleaning techniques. We love to maintain relationships with clients and strive to become more than just a cleaning service!
It all starts with us taking a look at what needs to be done – and usually it’s not as bad as you think. We’ll let you know how long it’s going to take and what the job is going to require.
Once all accommodations have been made and equipment set-up, we begin the cleaning process. Each job is different and specific to meet that customers needs and requirements.
At this time the customer completes a thorough walk through and validates completion of the job. Any misses or oversights are corrected at this time.
